Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip/cruise via [email, text, phone call] will have to be confirmed by Sea360 to be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the trip/cruise will be subject to a charge of full of the service rate.
Term of use
By using our services/website, you accept and agree that we reserve the right to delay set-up or cancel the trip/cruise until suitable weather conditions exist.
